Reviewing the past year is both a bit cliched, and a bit self indulgent. Anyone who's read my ramblings knows i am spectacularly talented in producing content that meets those two criteria! I'm gonna do it anyway ;-).
2012 has been an amazing year for DJ. What started out as a work avoidance tactic has turned into one of my proudest achievements, and i'm of course very grateful to you, our readers, for helping us achieve so much. 2013 is going to be an equally exciting year. If you're not moving forward, you're moving backwards, as they say.
Some of the big achievements of 2012 are
The latter three are particularly significant for me. There is no bigger reward for a blogger than to host guest bloggers. I was also told that i write as though im commentating for Sex & The City...i'm not convinced!
So how could we possibly top 2012? I think i can.
DJ's second birthday is on 19th February 2013
, and its only right we celebrate by overhauling
the site. Having saved a few pennies, i think its about time that DJ started to look the part. So, on 19th Feb i will be launching Diet Justice, version 5! This time it will be done by a professional, rather than me, which i think will make for a much nicer environment :).
This is the blog post that keeps on giving, my second birthday surprise (fail) will be the formation of a small team of Staff Writers. DJ has become a great community, and i think its about time that some of the stars of the show take center stage. So you will still get my fun filled, dramatic, and intense blog posts, but you will also get to hear some other peoples ramblings.
DJ started off about me, but i think the site has outgrown me. I really want to build on our great community, and i think DJ v5, and the formation of a small team, will make 2013 another amazing year.
